Our generational challenges imply the need for political solidarity across generations to address structural injustices and reimagine solidarities. The center will pivot from negative transgenerational transfers, such as trauma and stereotypes, towards positive outcomes like peace, prosperity, justice, and reciprocity.

The Center for Transgenerational Solidarity in Ethiopia is dedicated to fostering a culture of unity, respect, and mutual understanding across generations. Through innovative programs, dialogue, and collaboration, and shared knowledge repository we strive to empower individuals of all ages to actively engage in shaping a shared future of peace, justice, and progress for generations to come.

Our Activities
1. Conduct an assessment of existing institutional capacities to uphold the values and principles of the Ethiopian constitution.
2. Develop tailored capacity-building programs for key institutions, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and educational institutions.
3. Provide training and resources to enhance the understanding and implementation of constitutional values, human rights, and good governance practices.
4. Design and implement awareness campaigns and educational programs to promote constitutional and ethical values among diverse segments of the population, including youth, women, and marginalized communities.
5. Organize community dialogues, workshops, and public events that encourage dialogue, debate, and reflection on constitutional rights and responsibilities.
6. Establish platforms for transgenerational dialogue and knowledge-sharing to bridge the gap between different age groups and promote a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
7. Develop a centralized knowledge repository where all best practices, lessons learned, and other relevant knowledge are stored and easily accessible to all team members.
